Futures Imagined
Forthcoming projects, forums, and international engagements.
Festival
The inaugural MIT Future Fest will bring more than 50 events and over 100 speakers, artists and contributors to MIT for five days exploring the future through science, technology, art and design. Futures Imagined will join friends and colleagues including Paola Antonelli, Refik Anadol, Stuart Candy and José Luis de Vicente, as well as luminaries such as Sherry Turkle, Daniela Rus and Carlo Ratti. Honor will be speaking on 3 October on the topic of the future as a cultural project.
Forum
Honor will join museum leaders from five continents for the 2026 gathering of FORMS, the Future-Oriented Museums network. Hosted this year by MIT, the programme explores how museums and cultural institutions can make possible futures available for public reflection.
Jury
Each November in Berlin, Falling Walls gathers scientists, artists, and innovators to present work at the frontiers of knowledge. Honor serves on the jury for the Art and Science category, recognising projects that bring research and creative practice together.
Unconference
The first edition of SciFoo Asia Pacific will gather 200 scientists, writers, educators and engineers for an invitation-only gathering. It is organised by Google, O’Reilly and Digital Science. Honor will join some of Asia's most celebrated scientists in a programme that explores the impact of science and technology across disciplines.
Jury
The VH Award, established by Hyundai in 2016, is Asia's leading prize for emerging media artists. Honor joins the jury for its seventh edition, selecting work that connects moving image, technology, and speculative practice.
